This site is operated by Dbd Business SL, trading as RDO Atelier, Carrer Provença 339, Barcelona, Spain — hola@rdoatelier.com. Using the site means accepting these terms.
An informative presentation of our work. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice for your particular situation. The scope, fees and duration of any engagement are only binding once set out in a signed proposal.
We work with a limited number of companies at a time and admission is selective: sending an application does not create any right to be accepted, and we may decline without giving reasons — including for a conflict of interest with a current client. What you send must be accurate and yours to share.
- RDO TransformationThe ninety-day engagement, from €25.000 + VAT, invoiced 50% at start, 25% in month two, 25% in month three.
- RDO ImplementationTechnical execution — development, integrations, licences — quoted and invoiced separately. It is never included in the strategic fee.
- RDO EvolutionAn optional retainer after the transformation, agreed separately.
Third-party costs (software licences, advertising, travel) are always borne by the client.
Method, judgement and Robert's personal involvement — not a guaranteed commercial outcome. A transformation depends on decisions the company's own leadership has to take and sustain; where those decisions are not taken, no result can be promised. We publish no percentage claims for that reason.
Everything we learn inside a company stays inside it. We publish cases only in anonymised form — no names, brands, or identifiable figures — and we do not need a client's permission to be asked for it, because we never ask. Confidentiality runs both ways: our diagnoses, frameworks and materials are ours and are shared with you for use inside your company only.
The RDO Atelier name, the RDO Transformation Method, this site and its texts, diagrams and photographs belong to Dbd Business SL. You may quote or link to them with attribution; you may not reproduce or resell them as your own material.
We are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of information published on this site, nor for interruptions, errors or unavailability of the site itself. Liability under an engagement is governed by its signed proposal.
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
These terms cover the site. The engagement itself is governed by its own signed proposal — including its early-exit clause, which we review with you before signing.
